Paint Pop Studios makes paint-your-own figurine kits for kids' parties. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you send a party request with the Plan your party form, we receive:

• your name, and the email address and/or phone number you give us;
• the party date, number of kids, theme, and anything you write in the message box.

To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet connection. It can't be turned back into your address without a secret key that only our server holds, and it's erased automatically after two days.

The Paint & Play game saves your painting progress only in your own browser. It never reaches us, and clearing your browser data removes it. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and plan your party. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it

Only the Paint Pop Studios team, through our private admin console. The website and its database are run by service providers (our web host and database provider) who store it for us and may not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to plan and follow up on your party. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Kids' privacy

The party form is meant for parents and other adults planning a party. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, send a note through the Plan your party form and we'll take care of it.
